1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. ruby88 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ruby88 services, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one ruby88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ruby88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: ruby88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your ruby88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ruby88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
